ABSTRACT
Resumo: O artigo analisa a gestão territorial desenvolvida pelos Centros de Referência de Assistência Social (Cras) em Belo Horizonte. A pesquisa utiliza abordagem quanti e quali, com dados coletados via questionários dirigido aos coordenadores dos 34 equipamentos no município, identificando os fatores e condicionantes que incidem na atuação dos Cras enquanto coordenadores da gestão territorial em seus territórios de abrangência e sistematiza os principais desafios para a efetividade dessa intervenção.
Abstract: The article analyzes the territorial management developed by the Reference Centers of Social Assistance (Cras) in Belo Horizonte. The research uses quanti and quali approach, with data collected through questionnaires addressed to the coordinators of the 34 equipments in the municipality, identifying the factors and constraints that affect the performance of the Cras as coordinators of the territorial management in their territories of comprehensiveness and systematizes the main challenges for the effectiveness of this intervention.
